Enjoy a unique dining experience in The Lucy Maud Dining Room, the training restaurant for The Culinary Institute of Canada. Our students, under the guidance of world class chef instructors, prepare extraordinary culinary creations using the very best the fields and waters of PEI have to offer.  

Year-Round: May 3-Oct 8 (Dinner Hours) Tues-Sat, 5:30-8:30pm; Closed the week of July 24^th-July 31^st; Oct 11-May 1 (Dinner Hours) Tues- Sat, 6:00pm- 8:00pm; Oct 11-Apr 15 (Lunch Hours) 11:30-1:00pm.
